Hydraulic oil filter replacement method

When the equipment is in operation, it is necessary to check the pump inlet suction negative pressure gauge and fine filter pressure gauge. When the suction negative pressure is <-0.2Mpa (or when the oil is not sucked), the hydraulic oil filter should be cleaned, such as the filter leak. Need to be replaced. When the precision filter pressure difference reaches 0.15MPa, it should be replaced with a new filter element.

Filter replacement steps:

1. Stop and cut off the power supply;

2. Close each port valve;

3. Open the discharge port at the lower part of the fine filter, open the vent valve at the top, and discharge the oil in the filter housing;

4. Open the upper cover of the fine filter and remove the old filter;

5, cleaning the filter all;

6, install a new filter, pay attention to clean.
